Our two main offices are located in Hamburg, Germany and Belgrade, Serbia.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to design, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns and generate leads through organic and paid traffic across multiple channels. You will also be accountable for product marketing, company branding, SEO, content creation, and social media activity.

What you will do:

  • Digital marketing, including SEO, email, social media, Google and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Be accountable for the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases).
  • Enhance our web presence to boost brand awareness.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize campaign performance accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
  • Expert knowledge of google ads, analytics, search console, tag manager, SEO, WordPress (v5+).
  • Good knowledge of datastudio, linkedin ads, email marketing, content creation, company branding.
  • Certification in any of the above-mentioned areas will be a big plus.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Proactive, creative and innovative thinker. Must be able to generate consistently new ideas to attract high-quality leads.
  • Strong sense of self-starting autonomy in everyday work, ability to work independently, take responsibility and be very proactive.
  • Full proficiency in English.
