Legal Associate (part-time)

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting in drafting the company’s contracts with clients
• Reviewing contracts with clients and vendors
• Providing legal consultations during contract negotiations, including internal and external communication, and reviewing redlines
• Legal representation with business partners, customers, and potential customers.
• Collecting and analyzing laws, regulations, and industry standards of the countries where the company has business partners
• Actively monitoring legislation and legal practices

Skills and qualifications:

• A recent law graduate or final-year law student
• Knowledge of corporate law is an advantage
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills
• Exceptional analytical and research skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with excellent communication skills
