How pricing works
We replace our test numbers as frequently as possible to prevent whitelisting by carriers. This means every test has a real cost on our side, and we pass that through as a transparent per-test fee with no hidden charges.
No. There are no platform fees, setup fees, or hidden charges. You pay only for the tests you run. The price per test you see is the price you pay.
One test equals one SMS sent to one TelQ test number. Each test returns a full result set: delivery status, Sender ID, content, SMSC data, latency, and more. You are charged per triggered test regardless of the delivery outcome.
Yes, the per-test price decreases automatically as your volume increases, both on prepaid and postpaid plans. For very large volumes not covered by standard tiers, contact our sales team for a custom enterprise quote.
Plans and trial
Prepaid plans have no monthly commitment, only a minimum top-up per tier, starting from €60. On the postpaid plan, the minimum commitment is €300 per month.
It depends on which prepaid option you choose. No-expiry plans: credits never expire. Expiry plans: credits expire after one month but come at a lower per-test price.
Yes. Every new account comes with 25 free test credits, no credit card required. After registering, one of our sales representatives will contact you for a platform demo.
Yes, at any time. Simply contact your account manager and we'll arrange the transition. There's no penalty for switching and any remaining prepaid credits will be honored.
