About Us & The Role:

We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company entering a new phase of growth: launching a new website for a new product in the legal tech industry. The organic channel will play a pivotal role in the success of this product, making this position mission-critical to the company’s growth.  

We’re looking for a result-oriented B2B SEO Manager who can take full ownership of our organic strategy and performance. The ideal candidate is well-rounded across all areas of SEO, combining technical expertise, content strategy, and analytical thinking to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to uncover B2B-specific opportunities for enhancing search visibility. 
  • Develop and execute a conversion-focused content strategy, ensuring all content supports marketing and business objectives. 
  • Build and manage a strategic link-building program, including outreach, partnerships, and authoritative backlink acquisition to strengthen domain authority. 
  • Perform regular SEO audits, identifying technical and on-page issues, and offering solutions to ensure optimal crawlability, speed, and indexability. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and help achieve key marketing KPIs. 
  • Analyze user behavior and conversion paths, recommending UX and design optimizations for the website and partnering with designers to implement improvements that elevate conversion rates. 
  • Implement and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance visibility and organic performance. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Development, and external freelancers to deliver impactful results. 
 

Skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven SEO experience, ideally within the B2B sector and/or SaaS industry. 
  • Proficiency with leading SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.). 
  • Strong understanding of B2B-specific SEO dynamics, including search intent, long-tail targeting, and competitive landscapes. 
  • Experience in keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization. 
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and website architecture, sufficient for executing and supporting SEO-related tasks.
