Business Operations Manager

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring processes run efficiently and supporting strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual with exceptional communication abilities. Knowledge of the SMS or telecommunications industry is a plus.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support daily business operations to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently across the company
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement creative solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs
  • Work closely with different teams to facilitate communication, resolve operational issues, and align objectives
  • Manage and contribute to the development of tools, information, and processes that support daily business activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and apply insights to support business growth and improve operational effectiveness.

Skills and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in the IT industry with a strong grasp of technology fundamentals
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization
  • Experience in the SMS or telecommunications industry is an advantage.
