Growth Marketing Lead with focus on B2B SaaS

About this role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to take ownership of TelQ’s marketing performance across SEO, paid media,website optimization, and UX. You’ll drive user acquisition and conversion optimization strategy with a strong focus on execution, while also guiding a small marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys switching between tactical work and growth strategy, and who thrives in a lean, startup-style environment where autonomy and speed matter.

Key responsibilities:

SEO Execution & Optimization

  • Craft and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to boost organic rankings and drive qualified traffic
  • Conduct keyword research, analyzing search trends, and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques
  • Run technical audits to identify and debug SEO issues related to site architecture, page speed, mobile usability, schema markup, indexation, and crawlability
  • Create and implement link building strategies aligned with overall SEO goals: outreach campaigns, influencer collaboration, content marketing for link acquisition
  • Track key SEO metrics, analyze website traffic, report on the effectiveness of SEO campaigns, and adjust strategies based on performance

Paid Media (Google Ads & Performance Campaigns)

  • Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns focused on B2B lead generation across various paid media channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs
  • Manage budgets and bid strategies to ensure optimal allocation of resources
  • Suggest and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Track and report on spending and ROI for paid media activities; analyze CTR, conversion rates, and CPA

Website Conversion Optimization

  • Regularly audit and improve website content, structure, and user journey to increase conversion rates
  • CTA & CTR optimization, A/B testing, and landing page enhancements
  • Identify and fix bottlenecks in the funnel using analytics tools

UX & Design Oversight

  • Ensure website and landing pages meet modern usability and design standards
  • Coordinate with designers (internal or external) to deliver clear, consistent, conversion-focused interfaces
  • Identify and improve weak UX/UI elements with a user-first approach

Team Coordination & Ownership

  • Guide and support a small marketing teamand freelancers (e.g., content, design, paid media)
  • Delegate and manage execution tasks while staying actively involved in core initiatives
  • Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals

KPI Tracking & Insights

  • Define and report on performance metrics like organic traffic, conversion rates, ad ROI, ROAS, etc.
  • Build lightweight dashboards and performance summaries to surface insights
  • Make recommendations based on results and industry trends to drive iterative growth.

Skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing with deep hands-on experience in SEO, paid media, CRO, and UX
  • At least 1–2 years of experience mentoring or coordinating others
  • Strong skills in Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
  • Understanding of CRO and UX principles, with hands-on experience in testing and optimization
  • Ability to work with CMS systems (like WordPress) and brief or manage developers/designers
  • Comfortable balancing hands-on work with guiding team execution in a small, agile environment
  • Fluent English and strong verbal and written communication skills.
